These terms apply to the SAGA app and this website. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
The service
SAGA is a progression app that records the commitments you set and shows the record back to you. It is currently in beta. Features can change, break or be removed, and beta data may be reset if a fix requires it. We will tell you if that happens.
Your account and data
You are identified by a Player ID. Keep your device and any linked Google or Apple account secure. You can delete your account and server-side data at any time from inside the app; see the deletion page. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access, change or delete other players' data.
- Do not probe, overload or interfere with our servers or the sync service.
- Do not reverse engineer the app to bypass its rules or to tamper with experience, rank or backups.
- Do not use SAGA for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or end access for abuse.
Not health, medical or professional advice
SAGA records what you tell it. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for any.
Our content
The SAGA name, design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Content you create, such as habit names and feedback, remains yours; you allow us to store and process it to run the service.
Disclaimer and limits
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, which for the free beta is zero. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
